I got the Fukubukuro (Lucky Bag) Set Vol. 5 RPG Set for a friend, as it had Devil on G-String and the Koihime Musou rerelease - both first tier titles… the third was some no name crap I already forgot. :stuck_out_tongue:

Just noticed the Fukubukuro (Lucky Bag) Set Vol.14 To Heart 2 Set is weak sauce. It should have the the original To Heart 2 as well. :expressionless:

Apparently, you forgot that 8 Cheap Games order you done last year (and I’m still awaiting your opinion on this, do you remember :wink: ?).
Yes, Himeya has only ONE (1) copy available for each Fukubukuro set, exactly like in the past. The novelty is that you have to buy pre-defined “bags”, this time (and I do NOT like this idea, but I understand their viewpoint, if you strike again so fast :stuck_out_tongue: … ).

Baldo read MANY reviews and comments and thinks that the STORY (not the battle system) of the original release was VASTLY superior, so he ignored this particular “Lucky Bag”.
Is he sorely deluded?

Most “lucky bags” are still unsold, maybe it’s for this reason that Himeya/Erogeshop added MORE games to the 9.99$ list (this, for example)…

That’s because most of the lucky bags suck. I mean sure, a few have a good game in them, but then the other two are suckage. Basically you’re paying full price for one title you want and getting two extras for shipping foam. There’s also the problem, that it’s one per address. Some of us erogers are big rollers. :wink:

My biggest gripe however, is that many sets are just plain incomplete. One has Saiminjutsu and Ura Saiminjutsu 2, but not Saiminjutsu 2. Another calls itself To Heart 2, but lacks the original To Heart 2. I know they made these to just rid their unsellable stock, but there’s a reason why they’re unsellable. :lol:

I’m sad there was no Twincest Set… although I did notice some sets have twincest in them (the loli and violation).

Oh wow… just got the package today. All three titles were first print versions.

G-String had the telephone card, calendar cards, 18 page color artbook, and the 514 page AB2 production artbook.

Koihime Musou included a sales poster and soundtrack.

That forgetable title was Maou to Odore 2… and included the character artbook and special fandisk.

I’m gonna reorder G-String again for my friend. I wanna keep these. I also now remember why I tolerate Himeya’s high prices. :stuck_out_tongue:

Heh, to say the truth, it was a question about the Shin Koihime Musou game, I have NO interest in the additional goodies infesting so many erogames.
It’s good to see that you received such a horde of free stuff, THIS TIME, but…

See my point? The supposed extras are just a trick to get you to waste MORE money in useless stuff, and it becomes worse when the extras are an excised part of the game you theorically paid for (read my comment 9# in the linked review for an example) :evil: :

In case anyone doesn’t know about it, GAME999 (part of dlsite) has been going for several months. Every month they have a new list of around 30 eroges taken from maniax, and 12 or so taken from the two pro sites, sold for (as the name suggests) 999 yen each. It’s certainly worth checking out - this month’s offerings include Suigetsu and the DVD edition of Canvas.

Yeah, but they are exceptions, most titles in the $9.99 site are now priced $14.99 and more, however Erogeshop added today 25+ new games for those coming late :wink: .

Personally I MUCH prefer DLsite and Hobbysearch, I’m still waiting to see an Erogeshop bargain which can really catch my interest…

Does anyone know if you can combine items from HimeyaShop and Erogeshop into one order? Their “$18 per order, $4 per additional item” shipping gives much incentive to combine orders. I want to buy some doujin games and eroge at the same time.

I doubt you’ll be able to as their classed as separate sites (remember they created erogeshop.com for the adult material so they can use paypal and they don’t allow any site using their service to sell adult products) so I doubt that baskets from both sites can be merged.
