I go there from time to time to play when I feel like it, but not very often, through… But it’s easy to get there; all you need to do is to writte a name and a password of your choice in the fields and you’re registered there.

As far as I know, you cannot play with a maximed window... but what do you mean by "small"? The window fills about half of my window and to me that looks good enough...
