I haven’t played Raidy III but according to VNDB the gameplay is the same except for fusions, so a Christmas release could be possible.

insertion is important in these games
OK, It has been a while since anything was posted on this, but does anyone know how progress is going on this. For the last while JAST USA seems to have focused solely on Steins;Gate, and we have heard nothing of their other projects…
The last time this came up on this board, word was the holdup is that the Japanese maker is all but broke, and Raidy 3 was somewhere between vaporware, cancelled, and stuck in development hell. (In which case, the delays would have nothing to do with Jast USA, who don’t develop games themselves but license them from the original creators.)
But it’s been quite awhile since I last looked at it.
Wasn’t cancelled, and was released in japan last year. Translation was already done and they had begun insertion in August.
Is this and Hanachirasu going to be officially localized?
I don’t know what the hell is taking JAST so long, but yes, both titles are being worked on. I’d hope Raidy is out by the end of the year…

Pretty interesting, though I was personally hoping they’d simply go with a party mechanic the next time, since the bosses from the first game are obviously still travelling with Raidy. A party of Raidy and her werewolf/demon/dark elf/sorceress companions would insert some much-needed strategy element into combat instead of just “click attack to win, click defend to lose”-principle, which quickly gets boring.
And yeah, Jast’s been “working on insertion” for well over a year now. Never thought insertion was that big a problem for Raidy, but apparantly it is. :twisted:

Well, I personally already have a preorder of http://biginjap.com/en/pvc-figures/1134 … er-18.html coming out in June, and I prefer not to have 2 preorders on at the same time, but I will order this game as soon as Jack the Ripper comes, or when the game actually comes out.
