That is Misaki Nakahara from the anime ‘Welcome to the NHK!’ Without giving away too much, one of the things the main character tries to do throughout the anime is make an H-game, which is hilarious.

It has sex. Loli to boot. 
You play as a priest who runs an orphanage. It has a very somber story, but everything can turnout right in the end if you make the right choices.
A nice loli game with good story arcs (and as mentioned before, the artwork is divine).
I’ve played only two Pure Loli games so far, but I recommend only Hajimete No Orusuban, unless you also like to inflict some pain to your little girls :twisted: :mrgreen: .
On a side note, I’m playing my third Loli game just now, but I strongly suspect will remain unfinished (I DON’T mix dickgirls and boys with my lolis 8) ). Not bad however, even if the only site with a walkthrough is defunct…

LOL! You should check this game out before mocking it.
As another plus for it: the protagonist actually has a face. Let’s him be more “sympathetic” since you can see his expressions.
When I’m stuck Stateside I do my ordering via Himyea (because I know their VERY trustworthy). While in Japan I go via Softmap.

Loli game for sure. Visually the game is very appealing, however I can’t comment on the actual story or audio aspects… not having played it and such…

However… Are you sure? PuniPuni is really cute, but surely not at par with Sakura Musubi -Story Quality speaking, at least-. And you also have a Customs problem, if you are from Germany -Unicorn said that your Customs Service is anal with H-stuff you bring into Germany, even if I don’t know if this situation persists-.
About your question, Himeya WILL GET this game for you, just place a special order ( https://www.himeyashop.com/contact_us.php ) -if you agree to their inflated prices, of course-, or (the best option BY FAR, in my opinion) use your Japanese for downloading the unexpensive-and-safe-from-Customs, online version from DLsite.
While I admit, I don’t know myself either whether the problem still persist, I can’t ignore that customs started behaving like that after our federal govenment has changed from left-wing to right-wing.
The regulation they used for seizing my package as evidence against himeya apparently wasn’t new - only that now someone at customs could use it as a way of kissing-up to his/her higher-ups by complying with it with ostentation.
Thus I still can’t advice importing of erotic material by private orders here.
My current alternatives are either download sales or relying on a reseller within the EU who has that special required license for importing erotic material including games who imports them for me.
As for that regulation:
Customs stated in their officially notice when they seized my package that himeya’s practice of acepting and shipping erotic material without verifying the age of the recipient was a violation of a law for protecting minors from such material. After all, minors could simply take their parent’s credit cards for making such orders themselves.

Of course, it never crosses the mind of people who make such laws and regulations that if a minor is able to use his/her parent’s credit card without them knowing he/she does, there might be something else quite more wrong than the seller’s assumtion that the user of a credit card is its legal holder and thus of the necessary age for viewing such material in compliance with the law.

However, I still doubt that they really pushed legal charges against himeya with that ridiculous pretext yet, because in that case himeya should have started to refuse shipping to Germany as it does with other countries.

I never have Problems with Himeya shippings till yet (or orders from other Shops). I was often at the Tariff to open my packages (but only when i tell the Shop that they should don’t put the Bill inside).
I wait till Masuka Msubi arrives, then i try to buy the another Game.

My Package was 2 Day in the Inspection. I think first that they Seize it, but now it is in the shipping agency
Get it today. Visually it’s very nice and the music is good, but no voice over 
Living in an apartment with thin walls sometimes no VA can be good.
That’s why it is a good idea to invest in some good headphones.
