Nah, there's an exam and a waiting period before you can become an official pervert.

I'm guessing there probably several games out there like that, just judging from some of the different animes that deal with the theme. A lot of a person's sense of "self" is wrapped up in their gender so the idea of having one's gender swapped can be considered a sort of extreme form of "losing one's identity." And there's also people who've always felt that they accidentally ended up as the wrong gender. (I think the term's "trans-sexual". It's been a long time since that psychology class.) So it's a very realistic and strong theme that can be put to good use in a game's storyline.

Just don't start mixing chemicals to see if you can put that gender-change formula together...

Thank you.

Oh Boo, the endings in which Takuya stays female are invariably bad endings? That’s much of a bummer. But, I’m sure the writers of the story had good reason to write them in as bad endings. Guess I’ll find out when I get my copy. Say, off the topic, I really loved the opening and ending themes of Tokimeki Check-In! I think they compete for a first place standing, in my opinion, with Card Captor Sakura’s themes. Who (Or what studio) wrote the melody and lyrics for the song? I don’t remember seeing them in the manual with the game or on the extras, nor have I seen it on Tokimeki Check-In! product page here at Peach Princess. Also, what other works did the composers of the TCI themes and BGM participate in?

If I’m not mistaken, I think I’ve Sound (They’re a sound studio with various artists under their banner) did the main song for TCI.

Ah, I just went through Crowd’s staff extras on the second Tokimeki Check In! CD and found out Danger did the OP/ED of the game, but there isn’t any mention of who did the BGM, I’ll assume it’s him as well. Think he’ll put in any efforts in composing for future Crowd works? I hope he does, I love the themes.
