I just know, the game was a month or so before offered at the same price, as it's sequel, so I thought the price-drop from $80 to $38 as a bargain.

Well, I hope the game is at least worth it's price. In that case, I'd be not that pissed about being cheated, because I still might have gotten a good game at a reasonable price...

Oh, IMO, Blood Royal is worth 2800yens (NOT 8800yens though). It's just that at $38, it wasn't a bargain from Himeya (since the maker official price is $24), but a rip-off...

EDT: BTW, FYI, many CherrySoft, Zone and Studio e-go got that 2800yens price bargain. Even if (IMO) their game aren't (storywise) that good, at that price they're worth it, if only for the graphics quality...

Vie? Is it a Crowd game? If so, it's one of the older games, right? (otherwise, you will see the famous small "clueless-faeries" of Mahoujin Guruguru dancing in front of my face).

It is no CROWD, but a Will/Sweet Basil game. You might recall, PeaPri had once the Vie-washcloth as bisoujo-merchandise in store.

I realized, I donated $14 to himeya. So, when I talked about "worth it's price" I meant "even worth $38". Well, I am going to see soon for myself, because the package has today arrived at customs...

Thanks for this hint anyway. I might have to look there before simply taking to confortable route and order from himeya without second thought.
On the other hand, if I start ordering directly from the makers, I also increase the amount of international-transport-fees I have to pay (especially, if you take into account, I usually use the EMS-tracking-option).
So, ordering just from Himeya three items at once instead of making three orders from the different makers would save me (regarding the transport fees) more than the $14, I have lost in comparison to the original price from Cherry-Soft...

True, but you should just try other online stores: G-collections, ACJ and Akibado. FYI, the 2800yens games are:
  • Zone: ASGALDH and Guren
  • CherrySoft: Heroine, Promise, Blood Royal
  • Studio e-go: Castle Phantasia, Castle Phantasia ~Seimaden~ (old version, NOT the renewal full-voiced version), Pythian, Men At Work!, Kurenai no Namida

    1) Go to www.nikaku.com - While True Love may not be in their catalog, they do have a copy (as of 9/27)

    It might take a while; I don't have the pics here, are presently struck in ÷rebro for three weeks, and have no scanner here either, so you'll have to wait for a while before you'll get any picture *sweatdrops*.

    I just got an email from himeya, telling me I am also not going to receive a copy of "True Love".
    However, at least it looks like, I will get "May Club" and "Three Sisters Story".
