At most I’ve seen Google, MSN, and Yahoo logged at the same time (although Google never logs off).
I dunno, it’s kind of weird that bots would just sit at the forum. Usually they make some crap advertisement post. But I don’t think google or yahoo would really need to advertise here. Seems strange.
Search engine BOTS are useful and don’t make SPAM posts (or even post at all). They just actively scan the forum for posts. Also some forums don’t allow use of the “search” function unless there’s an account, thus the BOTS have one if needed. I believe there’s an option for the Mods to disable the BOTS, but that wouldn’t be a good thing for the place. Google has one of the most “aggressive” BOTS around - and it actually updates the Google database in real time. That’s why it never logs off. As soon as we make a post, Google updates it - although it doesn’t immediately show results in their search engine… that’s done on a schedule only Google knows. The BOTS are also subverting the foundations of human civilization, putting Fluoride in the water, taking spots off Leopards, change people’s Social Security Numbers, and plotting to put the Devil back in power.
