1 mb file to a 700 mb one

I downloaded a file that was 1 mb (was strange, because there was no WAY it could have been 1mb) when i extract it, ****! It’s 700 mbs and it works!!

Does anyone knows about this kind of compression?

WOOT!!!
Never heard of a compression that shrinks it so much.
Was it RAR or what was it? Like to get my hands on that compression program…

This, maybe?
A 700+ MB's image archive was reduced to 74 MB's only, in my case.
