Really? Do you mind if I asked you what problems you had with them? I’ve ordered from them for over 2 years and haven’t had any problems with them. Their prices for some things are more expensive than other online retailers but their CS has been good whenever I’ve had problems with my order.
Well, the first time, I ordered things that were “in stock” and it took something like 5 months to reach me. They insisted they sent it but the postmark on the box that finally got to me was only from the previous week.
The next time was actually when I won one of their Ebay auctions. I got the complete “Those Who Hunt Elves” set and the tape that was in the Vol. #1 box was actually a preview tape of Vol. #2. (You know, with the “not intended for sale” kinda thing that flashes on the top every so often.) I tried getting in contact with them to replace the tape but didn’t get a response.
Stuff like lowers my desire to order from them. Maybe I had insulted Ladyphoenix-sama somehow and she was mad at me. Who knows?

i am actualyl impressed…Those Who Hunt elves is a great anime, but a little obscure and i fully appreciate anyone who can enjoy its (to quote my boyfriend) “Car-crash appeal humour”…basically, it’s really weird and almost bad in a lot of places, but you just can’t look away

Car crash interesting very similar to the train wreck term used by one of my friends to describe the humor. And I agree, it is hard to look away. I really liked the tank possessed by the cat spirit. Very cute idea. [img]http://princess.cybrmall.net/ubb/smile.gif[/img]

I've liked it so far but I havn't gone through the complete series yet, plus I still havn't gotten a new volume #1 so I'm not sure what happens at the begining. And now that I have a DVD drive, I also need to decide if I want to get the volume #1 tape or just go and pick up the DVDs! Decisions, decisions...
