-One vote per category

The total vote count will be tallied on the first weekend in December (When I’ll have time to count it) Then Posted.

-Best Peach Princess Game-

-Best non Peach Princess Game-

I am just wondering something. I think you forgot the best female character. Besides, you could vote a male character in the “best supporting character” category. So, it is better if you make a category specifically for the girls. I will probably vote later, after taking a nap…well…it is more like a sleep…

The reason I had best “Main” and “Supporting” character catagories was that games like Water Closet technically have female main characters, so they’d be available for the main character category.

Most female characters in bishojo games fall into the “Supporting” character category.

Here are some other category ideas:

-Best Artwork
-Best Storyline
-Best Music
-Most Unique
-Best Game All Around (including PeaP and others)
-Most Anticipated Upcoming Game

Those are just some ideas, I would say that since this is the first time to do this, make the options any translated game in the last 2 years. Then hopefully translation picks up next year and we can have lots of options! Also I said best all around game because I would like a category that showed which game people liked the most including both PeaP and others. I would say around 6-8 categories total. This is a great idea and could be a lot of fun if we can get some involvement. I will check back when there is more info. available and see what I can do to help.

Thanks Bigdog,

I was also thinking about

-Best Engine / Interface
-Best Voice Over.
-Special Award (I like this one because you can make it anything you want. For Example:

Most Abused Character in a Bishojo Game:
Ayumi Shimizu, Tokimeki Check-In!

Thanks to Kumiko and Bigdog, I think we have our categories to vote on:

-Best Main Character
-Best Supporting Character
-Best Female character
-Best Male character
-Best CG / Art
-Best Storyline
-Best Music
-Best Engine / Interface
-Best Voice Over (Seiyu) (Give character name and the voice over actor / actress if you know it.)

-Best all around Game
-Special Award…

Remember any game published between 30 Nov 2000 and 30 Nov 2001 is available for voting. If you feel an older game is deserving of Special recognition, please use the Special Awards section to nominate it. If Heck freezes over and Critical Point makes it out just under the deadline, I’ll probably extend the voting by two weeks just to so everyone has a chance to play it.

If you vote in this topic and decide you want to change your vote, please edit your original vote post to avoid confusion on the counting.

-Any vote edited after the deadline will be invalid and not counted.-

We could have a Best CG collection category, to cover the Borderline and Skin Concious releses this year.

Hey Doug, just out of my plain curiousity will you be posting the tally of votes made on a Webpage or something like that, or will you simply be writing the finalests on Peach Princess's BBS ?

-I hadn't really thought about that at all, I was just going to have everybody vote on the BBS, but Kumiko suggested that I find a website to host the voting to make it easier to compile the votes. Although I've seen other versions of the Ultimate Bulletin Board that Handles polls. (Which this BBS is, but I don't know which version this one is or the one that does the polls.)

I would recommend using some sort of software for the voting. You can get a free web page hosted through www.f2s.net. I will check around see if I can find any good software. Plus software voting makes displaying the results and voting itself much easier. Also its real easy to advertise and get some new people to a site, opposed to a bulletin Board, maybe get PeaPri some more sales! Kumiko would hate that =P. I might even just pop up a web page of my own if I get some more time.

Alchemic girl??? Is it even in English?

I have not read this thread before, well…after my last post, so could anyone please give me any info concerning this game…I look at Jastusa and Himeya, but I was not able to find any page describing this particular game…

Alchemical Girl was announced as being worked by Hobibox Europe. Considering that it took them 2 years between the releases Viper M-1 and Viper V-16. It’ll probably be a while before we see this title. You can check the details at Hobibox Europe’s web page.
