Ayumi's path is probably the culprit..Delve Deeper.....to get the missing graphics.. just watch.

I think you missing Virgin and Non-Virgin for Ayumi.

There should only be one empty slot in the lower right corner. In order to fill in the empty slots, you have to go through Ayumi's path a few times taking different decisions. As mentioned in other posts, there are two different CG's for Ayumi, virgin and non-virgin ones. Once you've hit those you should unlock every memory room.
