I just got to post this, it’s a problem of mine that is really bothering me lately . People think I am a girl when they first talk to me on the phone ! Not just that, every time I buy something from a drive through they always say m’am at me when I order, the surprised on their faces when they see me . On my school yesterday we had a short anime voice acting project on my Japanese class that has only two characters on it, a girl and a boy, guess who the class voted for the girl’s part, they all agreed that I have the cutest voice for the part ! Ughhh, I am really sick and tired of it !!!

This is my opinion, all people have male and female characteristics, some have more female being a male but vice versa too.

Damn Kumiko so you are saying that if you got a penis you are disadvantaged ?

Hmm, I would have to say that if it keeps bugging you, then use it to mess with people’s minds. I know when I used to live alone I would constantly get calls for “the lady of the house.” I’d usually make my voice as deep as possible and tell them “speaking.”

I know, it’s not exactly your problem. But I would probably make my own voice even more cutesy and then annoy the heck out of everyone in class. Think of the most annoyingly cute anime girl you can think of and then act like her. Be so “perky” they want to stuff you in a locker. Okay, maybe I’m a bit twisted, what do you expect for a Friday morning?

And now, now, Kumiko isn’t exactly saying having a penis is a disadvantage, just that cute girls have advantages too! I know my sister and her friends once spent three hours at an expensive resturant, only ordering water but they got free food and didn’t have to pay a thing because they flashed their dimples at the waiter (whom I still believe had to have been more than a little weak-willed.)

It’s not so cute when you are a very muscular person like me, really . Like when I fight on grappling tournaments, it handicaps my fear factor . Well I still beat the hell out of them anyway !

Hmm, okay, you might not like this comparisson then but think of Mike Tyson. He doesn’t exactly have the most intimdating voice.

What’s wrong with sounding like a girl? I think that’d be awesome. Now if someone said I sounded like Hitler I would be really worried.

Say, I’ve been wondering about the descriptions next to my name in the post. It says I am a ‘junior member’. Now what does that mean? Is it determined by the number of posts I made? Do I ever graduate from junior member to constructive member of society?

Huh? Beats me, somewhere along the way I went from Junior Member to Member. And I KNOW I’m not a constructive member of society…

Well, I think that to change from "Junior member" to "Member", you have to post about 30 posts...

Don’t worry too much about it… For me my adams apple never actually fully grew in but it doesn’t affect that much.

Hey Serio, I know how you feel. My telephone voice and anything that transmits or records electronicial my voice always gives me a more high pitch tone and the person on the other end thinks that I am a woman. I have received more then a few faxes and good bye that begin with miss or mrs.

The closest I ever came to that problem was when I was in High School. Me and my friend received admission’s packets from St. Mary’s College. An all-women’s college. Damn, know that I think about it, I should have applied. (Of course, they might notice after awhile that we weren’t women, or even Catholic come to think of it…)

How about this: my chinese name is Kim Kiu (the characters are sword and bridge, which means Cambridge. Don’t ask). Though I usually don’t use it, favoring, instead my “other” name, whenever I have to use it, for instance, for official documents, the replies are address to Ms. Kim Kiu…

I think Kurutsu-san was referring to our "BBS titles" not to games themselves. (Unless there is a "President Pervert" game out there I don't know about.) I think that would get a little out of hand. One of my co-worker's had business cards printed up that list his job as "Intergalactic Local Network Administrator for Planetary Systems." (Ever get the feeling I know a lot of odd people? Will my real name is “Eiichi” but, first time they heard my name, and they said “Aichi or Sccratch”. Will my name is hard to say for American guys or girls. That why I have nick name called “Eric”.

Hey, this type of mistaking identity happens, take me, I have bee recieving mail from dating services that targets woman who are looking for a husband, they say they would find the right man for me. And one time I got a letter tells me I am invited for an interview for modeling job targeting at young teenage girls. After awhile, I get use to it this kind of thing, but it can be very unnerving.
