shingo has put a few photos of his otaku room on his blog site so if you want to learn more about his life outside of peapri (which is prolly not any different anyways, other than the pirate spy aspect of it), go to heiseidemocracy right now and take a look
ADD:
i know shingoâs a figure freak, but i personally didnât know that he is able to do garage kits as well, with all the ventilation setup and all, and hell he has more books than i do
Nope, nobody does. And thatâs how it should be. =_=
Thatâs a poor manâs curtain, until I get a proper one in place. People typically do take measures to keep out morning sunlight and prevent others from viewing the private content of their homes, I believe, though the cardboard is admittedly a pretty tacky way to do it.
the ductâs most likely used for ventilation for spraypaints and stuff (toxic gases etc)âŚor for smoking pot
my room? ya i figured that to be fair i should show mine too but given the fact that i do live with my parents itâs not even remotely as impressive as shingoâs
Actually⌠I believe thatâs a character, and a scene, from a certain game just translated recently⌠unless Iâm mistaking it for Wind (then again, NNLâs translation of Wind has a soft spot in my heart)
Actually, it takes effort, skill and a certain load of ability to maintain a room like that; itâs wierd for some, perhaps, but its cool for others. That room is the hallmark of a true fan.
Itâs very tidy and spacious compared to your old room.I wonder how could you cramp all those things in that âotakuroomâ,not to mention inviting someone in.
sorry for bumping this old thread, but since shingo and a certain tabloid journalist were bugging me to post pics of my room back thenâŚin all due respect and fairness of shingo showing his place, hereâs my (much less impressive) room:
LINK very big image, 900K, 1200x900pixels = be warned
