Personally I think their choice name translation is… a little suicidal. Might end up getting enough puritans with angry letters that the whole thing gets shot down…
Yeah, that name’s a reference to “Lolita”, isn’t it? Way to make the whole thing sound worse than it is (and from the description on the page, and yours calling it “very very suggestive fanservice and themes”, it sounds pretty extreme already).
I’m not sure I see anything good coming out of this, honestly. They’re a smaller publisher, and I can’t see this getting terribly high sales no matter who’s publishing it; AND they seem to be painting a big red bullseye on themselves.

Nymphette would have been better. Given that it’s lolicon anyway, why not? Yeah, it’s in reference to Lolita.
I Already checked out some scans, and while it might bother a few people. it’s hardly extreme as people think. It involves an innocent school teacher, who is being teased by his students in order to get his attention. Some of the humor comes from the language Rin uses, which is ANYTHING but 3rd grade… And I refuse to spoil it, but it is actually fairly good.
As for calling it “Lolicon”, please don’t, that implies more graphic stuff than it actually has…
This controversy has appeared on a couple of other message boards, Simon Jones of Icarus publishing (an ero-manga publisher) wrote a few blog entries on why he doesn’t think it’s worth worrying about.

Actually…that bright red bullseye may be just want they want. It draws attention to their company and when you’re that small, almost any coverage is good coverage.

According some info here, sometime around july will be released in Japan the anime conversion of this manga series, too.
Who knows? Maybe someday this new TV series will be translated and released in U.S.A., too…

Yeah, and I was really looking forward to Kojika’s release here. But thanks to idiots, I’ll have to import it. 
For those who are curious, it’s really tame. Nothing super horrible about the series at all, but people overreact… geh.
At least I can import it without fear of arrest. -_-;;

Yeah, I’ve seen them. I’ll just say that I’ve seen far, far worse in things that actually made it to American shores.
