To answer this question NO NO NO NO NO NO and NO since downloading anything from the internet (apart from things you have to pay for before download ie anything from G-collections that is available as a download) is ILLEAGAL and has caused companies in this genre of gaming to go under SO DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT

Peach Princess has passed on XCR and XC2R. There are no plans to translate them into English at this time.
The original XChange has never been made available as a downloadable game. You asked “can I”, and technically the answer is yes, you can, but it’s not authorized and therefore illegal.
And now for the answer to the third question. 
X-Change R and X-Change 2R do.
X-Change 3 has been translated to English, and that version does not have mosaics.
What’s X-Change R and R2?
I think “R” is for Rated…
OR…Restricted… 
They are remakes of X-Change and X-Change 2.
