As far as anime art classes or whatever in English... it's a Japanese art form, not anything that the English world has developed. You can buy some of the How To Draw... books that Digital Manga Distro has been publishing in English, but that's about the best you can do at this time. To be honest, you don't want English sites - not unless Japan suddenly becomes fluently bilingual and uses English, and that is not at all likely. You wouldn't want English sites because the art form is unique to Japan. The only way an English site would be accurate is if it was done by a Japanese anime / manga / game artist or instructor or some other professional from the industry... that is extremely unlikely, overall.

I have six of the How to Draw Manga books and going to buy the Bishojo: Pretty Girls and Bishojo around the World. These are some of the best how to draw books on the market.

How can the japanese say that people else where would not be interested because like every thing there is always someone who is interested. And how are the supposed to get people intreted in a thing that is slowly dieing out if they dont promote there products because they feel that it’s only for their market. Finally does anyone know any cg tutorial sites in any language because i want to learn but i cant find any sites.

could you please give me the url of the website where i can get the books from

There are tons of tutorials in english. You just have to know where to find them.
I really like this site
Anime Art Academy
True, they may not capture the “Japanese Spirit” that you may like. But they’re helpful to me.

Offical How to Draw Manga series website
Has tutorials and contests!

But you can find bargins and other how to draw series from most anime dealers.
Like Animebooks.com
eBay.com often has books up for auction too. Look for the english versions for CG and colouring, as the Japanese versions are not as easy to understand from just studying pictures. Of course if you’re like me then you’ll have both english and japanese versions! L
