-If the main Hero is male and the main Villain is female, The Villainess will secretly realize she's either A) In love with the Hero, or B)in love with the Hero's Girlfriend. This means she has to defeat the Hero utterly to Prove her worthiness to the Hero and or the Hero's Girlfriend. This will ultimately lead to the Hero making a Choice between the Villainess or His Girlfriend as the one he want's to be with. The one he DOESN'T choose will ultimately sacrifice herself to save the Hero and whoever he chooses because that's what true love is Damn it.
-If the main Hero is Female and the main Villain is male, then the Villain doesn't love the heroine but he does lust after her. This leads to the Heroines Boyfriend being a) kept alive by the Villain to find out why she loves the guy (Cause all Hot Anime Heroines are doomed to love toal Geek losers). or B) the Boyfriend gets killed by the Villain so she can go all Righteous fury on him. This ultimately leads to the heroine totally castrating the main Villain (not Physically of course, but will take all his power, money, wealth, fame, technology etc.) leaving him a whimpering shell of a man after she's through with him.That’s not physics !
