lol I know. The interviewer is without a doubt an amateur. I found some tidbits of the interviews interesting such as how mangagamer operates. It was worth listening too.
Man, MG gets so much attention in this media. Their coverage on Siliconera is amazing compared to only a mention of JAST games being the Tenkuu no Yumina license. I’d think people would want to hear that a Nitro+ game is about to be released or even Aselia. I kid, ANN’s search resulted in them giving alot of JAST news too. I only mentioned this paragraph because I noticed the trend on Siliconera.
I tend to not have the patience for these things when I have to listen and don’t see a scripted version, so I’ll hear that section later. It is the only topic I am interested in seeing as how most people could have talked about the other things besides that, unless I just missed the explanation before, and the email topic. Thanks for the heads up.
Don’t worry, you’re not missing much. Not much was said that hasn’t been discussed already. The interviewer was pretty clueless–it’s like they grabbed a random anime fan off the street and asked him to come up with questions about visual novels. There’s more lulz than actual content.
The visual novel community is small compared to anime fandom. Also, this interview is meant for people who have never heard of visual novels before; the idea is to introduce the concept and answer some basic questions. It’s not going to go indepth like something written for us.
Still seems unfair even if people say it wasn’t worth while. These things should really have text. I never thought of how it affects others who just don’t have the patience to wait for the voices when they can read much faster.
