But, it sounds like they are trying to do the same sorts of things that Heavy Cat Media is doing (although the Ladystar game is more shoujo than bishoujo).

Face it, who wants to play a Bishoujo game that features bad artwork? It's hard to look past the bad graphics for the great story. True Love made it just barely, the girls all had facial features that didn't seem to be all in the right place.

Yeah, True Love was made by Software House Parsley, a Japanese game maker.
As for the comment about American's not being able to draw....it was very rude of him to make that statment (assumption).
I'm no pro, but I'm not horrid either.
I'm currently working with Blue Lemma (Lemma Soft) on his anime-sim game called Tales of Lemma 2 ~Love Pentagon~
