If we’re talking about heavy erotic content I highly recommend The Sagara Family. Given its price, I would also suggest X-Change 1.
I haven’t played Water Closet, but it does deal with some bizarre fetishes, be warned. 
That said the question IS too broad to really answer with confidence. So far, most suggestions here are about heavily erotic games with light plot (Guilty, the Sin does not entirely fit in here, but then again it sort of does). If you’d want something with plot and would be OK with less erotic content, let us know.
I didn’t recommend The Sagara Family because I got the impression he wanted something heavy in sex, with a fair amount of perversity thrown in for flavor. Sagara Family is a sex romp, but it is a sex romp with a decent story, good characters and very low on the perv scale … typically it is the closest thing to a “tasteful” sex romp I’ve seen and I tend to recommend it as such.
Go with X-Change Alternative, Sagara Family or, if you don’t mind something dark, Bible Black.
I will actually recommend Demonbane. It’s got less h-scene-to-gameplay-hours than some other options, but it has a very heavy theme, and there is some pretty messed up stuff that happens in keeping with this theme. I mean, the game has (spoiler - select to reveal, if you want) (attempted) zombie rape using disembowelled entrails, that’s pretty freaky and kinky.
Also - some others have recommended good choices for particular kinks. But I see nobody has recommended Yukkuri Panic: Escalation yet. I didn’t mention it because I haven’t played it myself. But if your kink is yuri (lesbians) then you definitely want to look there.
If your kink is catgirls and the like, Cat Girl Alliance is not exactly up your alley (one of the characters just wears cat ears, that’s it). Let’s Meow Meow features a whole bunch of bona fide catgirls (and dog-girls and so on).
There are also yaoi (male gay) games Enzai - Falsely Accused and Absolute Obedience – never played those either.
If you do try Demonbane, and you like it, you may want to look at Saya no Uta / Song of Saya - it is, however, not out yet. Spoilers will be easy to find though, so you may want to be a bit careful.
You say that you DID like Hourglass of Summer, but it didn’t have enough ‘payoff’ to keep your interest. You may like Critical Point. Also, if you’re willing to go with download editions of titles, MangaGamer has some good choices. Koihime has a huge amount of ‘payoff’. Kara no Shoujo has a decent, but somewhat limited, amount of ‘payoff’ and really solid writing. Soul Link is the same (limited payoff-to-length ratio, good plot) but is a different kind of good story.
Why would you suggest these? Half of them are poorly done fetish games.
Go with Koihime and maybe WLM.
They all cater to different fetish’s, the x-change series has it all over the place while MG’s titles (and water closet) cater to more specific fetish’s (eg maids in WLM)
Well I’d say give Demonbane a try like Nandamonai suggested. Its really good and it’s got sci-fi kinda stuff like giant robots and junk. it’s really action packed
If you are into sci-fi and cosplay, then Cosplay Alien probably wouldn’t be a terribly bad choice. But the game is a “Did somebody order a pizza?” type of game to a much stronger degree than even other games of its type. To the point that it’s actually somewhat of a liability; the game could have used better a better setup. It has very weak sci-fi elements that are basically used as an excuse plot.
If you liked Hourglass of Summer, but wanted something more risque, Cosplay Alien won’t have a good story but it will certainly be waaaay more explicit.
I think Critical Point is a better choice in the scifi area than Cosplay Alien

Well, it depends what manner of things you like. You can find just about anything you want. I tend not to like non-consentual material, and a lot of h-ovas have NC material. If you want something kinky, Stainless Night or Consenting Adultery would be about the only things I can recomment.
Demonbane is not as weird as you might think. Well, I mean, as much as giant-robots-plus-Lovecraft can be ‘not weird’ … It’s nowhere near as out there as Urotsukidoji (which, yes, definitely counts 
I thought both of the Overfiend movies were good, though the series was pretty hit and - mostly - miss. Bible Black is decent.
The short answer is there are no decent dubs. The ones I mentioned before have decent animation, as does Sex Friend and Little Monica (I think it’s alphabetized a bit differently). (Some of the characters in Little Monica have youngish looking character designs, which might be a problem for you - but generally, if it got officially translated, there’s no actual underage characters in it.)
I remember Mezzo Forte had a good dub and Angel Blade’s was decent
BTW, you might want to check out Boin and its sequel Resort Boin if you want good kinky ero anime. Mystery of the Necronomicon is also worth checking out, the dub I remembered as being decent too; the main character is voiced by Dan Green :mrgreen:
