I’ve tried installing Chain: The Lost Footprints onto my computer, but it won’t install when I click on execute. Instead I get this thing that says ‘Failed to copy file’. Could someone tell me what I need to do to get it to work?
it may be possible that you got a bad disk; you may want to contact gc for a replacement disk
but before doing so, have you tried installing on a different computer?

How do I contact gc? I can’t find an e-mail address, mailing address, or phone nomber listed at their site.
