Hmm…well, he did work for Abel’s Tantei Shinshi Dash pretty recently ( I think he only did the designs for only some of the chracters in this one though), and before that he did work in Kaseki no Uta and Kimi ga Ita Kisetsu.
Not sure which one of these you know this artist from though 
Carnelian works for C’s Wares for a while,he’s the one responsible for CGs on games such as Luv Wave,Gakuen Oujoysama Kitan and such.
But recently,he goes on to root and do CGs for “Kao No Nai Tuski”
It’s hard to pinpoint which company Carnelian works for, since he/she just works for too many of them…
Light’s White Angel, C’s Ware many titles (Luve wave, Gakuen Oujyousama Kitan, Releaf), Root’s Kao No Nai Tsuki, Evolution’s Machine Maiden series, Actress’ Koiyoubi, and Kimi ga Ita Kisetsu (which I know is being translated into English right now) and many many others…
…and I think EVE series chara is done by Carnelian right? or am I wrong ^^ At least I know EVE Zero is by Carnelian
Think he’s a freelance artist that’s not monopolise by any company and do a lot CGs for different people as long as people pay him.
With such a demand,it’s no wonder that he’s taken ill a while back from over work.
sorry, I didnt’ play the Japanese version of Kimi ga ita kisetsu (yes it’s Hobbibox)…can’t help ^^
