But of course not immediately, because G-Collections had about one month of work to do until they finally accepted credit cards that were issued ouside of the U.S..

Someone asked G-Collections about Fortuna on their BBS a couple of weeks back, and G-C replied that they had no current plans. Now that's a shame. Guess they're not ready to take risks with an RPG yet. Maybe we should bombard them with demands! Er, I mean requests!

That kinda sucks, maybe if BS does well G-collections will see there is a market for RPGs and they put out Fortuna. The only other genre they haven’t really put out is a true dating sim, which is another type I wish g-collections would try if they have any of those types of games. Does CD-bros have a true dating sim?

Emmm wanfu2k1 did you ever play Fortuna

I vaguely remember that the rpg engine itself wasn’t that great it involved waiting and clicking the mouse compared to Bravesoul where you have more freedom (judging from the demo that is)

Ofcourse i wouldn’t mind seeing Fortuna translated

ya know… last few releases(from g-collections) ive got the game the next week on monday usually… before that it was always the thursday after release… did they switch mail services?

Considering im only a state to the south… the following thursday/friday isnt that hard to believe… Just wondering if anyone else has noticed the same change?

Forgive this perhaps naive question, but how long does it normally take g-collections to ship and do they tell you when they have shipped? All my previous orders have been through sites that have given me either notices or general time tables and I have not found either on their site in regards to Crescendo.

Sadly no, thats one thing they could work on... trying to at least LET you know when it was shipped, instead of letting ya play the guessing game, but considering how fast they release games.. and the quality of those games, thats a small price to pay.

Thank you for your reply and yes I guess given the speed with which they release it is a small price to pay, but still something that would make their sight even better.

Then is there any general time (2 weeks or less say) in which they might typically send from the date of order, though I understand this is a new release and might take slightly longer.

You mean of when the game is actually sent or what? Once you get the order confirmation, if ya ordered before noon you can almost garantee it was sent out that day... they are VERY good about sending it out fast, however i think they switched from fedex at one point to USPS... (not sure however)

Of when the game is actually sent, okay, so almost same day turnaround if you order before noon (Mountian Time) that day. Thank you, and since they are shipping from probably near the west coast of the US to the east coast of the US so maybe a week USPS. Thank you for the replies and my apologies, I am trying to figure out timing with a company I have never used before, always nervous when ordering for the first time from someone new.

So, I’m guessing the lack of new threads on the game means either nobody’s got their copy yet or you’re so enthralled that you can peel yourself from your screens to give a first impression. Hmm, wonder which it is…

Hehe actually I got my copy yesterday. An I’ll be posting my quickie review on it shortly. I think the story centric people here will be very happy with this release. But there are some things that are a little annoying but i’ll talk about that in the review
