Aside from shop.himeya.com, is there anywhere else? I saw some Hong Kong-based online shops (closer to where I am) but they can’t seem to accept credit card payments, and most of them require a wire transfer. I prefer credit card payments.
I tried ordering via Amazon Japan but they said they can’t ship PS2 games outside of Japan.
Any recommendations?
You can always try www.ncsx.com , I’ve heard good things about them. There’s also www.therage.com , don’t know much about them though. I’ll list a few others that I know below:

Kagami’s right, all the sites I’ve listed above are based in the US. I just remembered one more site though, and it’s based in Japan:
They have an English section too, though the descriptions are kind of vague for most of their products. Anyways, the PS2 games are under the “Software” section. You can use both sites and compare them for better prices. Hope this is more useful.

I tried fujisan but they didn’t have a software section (under the English version of the site anyway). The other sites don’t have the title I want to buy, so far only Himeya and Amazon Japan has them.
I checked out HMV and there didn’t seem to be games available?
