Dorei Ichiba ("Slave Bazaar") OP

OK.
OP Animation for this week is of Dorei Ichiba (“Slave Bazaar”),21 meg AVI encoded by yours truly.

Location is my Idrive account :-

orochi_gerbera

in the folder :-

SlaveOP.

Nothing too impressive about this OP except that I like the Background Song,“To Lose In Amber” done by the group I’ve.

PS :- Anyone know anything about this J-pop group I’ve ? The only thing I know about them is that they are a girl group and the did a lot of songs for the genre which includes the following :-

Tori No Uta (AIR)
Last Regrets (Kanon)
Farewell Song (AIR)
Two Face (BabyFace)
Ever Stay Snow (Snow Drop) - Yup,They are the one who compose and sing this song.
Empty Winter Tracks In Winter(Snow Drop)- Again by I’ve.

I’ve is really, really talent. If you ever hear a song in a Bishoujo game that had a female vocal, you can be sure that it’s done by I’ve.
They have some albums released but other then that there are no info about them, not even a website. So who are those girls anyway ?

Found the official Fan Website of I’ve.

http://www7.big.or.jp/~bx/ive/

Seems that I was mistaken.
I’ve is actually a musical group based in Hokkaido which consists of 4 members (2 composer and 2 commercial representative).

They actually have a lot of vocal artist under them but most are females,so that’s why I made a mistake of thinking of I’ve as a girl group.

What i want to know is where you can buy the single or the cd. I have looked at cd japan and a few other sites and I have not been able to locate the song :-(. Any help in the are is MOST apreciated  thanks,

Jeffery

So, if you gotta have it right now, you could buy the Japanese game and you’ll get the omake CD with it… that’s the only way it is available as of right now, to our knowledge.
Thanks again for the fast reply. Though the game looks great and stuff, the cheapest I have seen it is $83.00, which if you translate yen to dollar is a fair price. It is just a little pricy to buy a game that may not even work on a regular windows 98 system computer. Just have to wait and see if I can save up or if it becomes available later…

The game will run in English Windows but the theme song can be found on Napster.

Just had to search for “To Lose In Amber” as the title.

Don’t worry about not finding it,those big time recording company does not care about J-Pop and Anime Mp3s.

Snow Drop and Dorei Ichiba both came with a maxi-single of the vocals (OP & ED full versions) as well as karaoke versions of those songs (intrumental only). These songs are not released to general market because they are omake, after all, and that would sort of be counteractive.

Errrr... Any chance for those of us buying Snow Drop (English version) to get the single CDs other than buying the Japanese version? Even paying like US$ 15.00 for the single CD?

Gomen nasai... however, the vocal versions of the full OP and ED for Snow Drop are here on the site in MP3 format. They will also be on the game CD in MP3.

It is not the same having a MP3 as to having the CD itself. Besides it is a 56Kbps MP3...

Phantom Knight by Software House Parsely had a bonus mini-CD with it, which had different length versions of the opening song. (I’ve did the opening song for this game as well)

Also, in case you wonder... the Snow Drop game CD is maxed out - it has almost NO more room!

Get used to those really blank without-any-art CDs. I have several of them in my office for backups. I want the CD for the quality, compared to MP3s.

Well, Kumiko has listened to both, and hears no difference in quality. But as she said, it is an omake-only CD, available with the purchase of the original game - that is the only reason the CD was made at all, and the only way it is available.

The quality difference between a 56Kbps and a 128Kbps can easily noticed. Between a 160Kbps and 128Kbps is a bit more subtle. Still, it is a lot different compared to the CD and even more to vinyl! That's IMHO...
