Rather than make a thread for every new eroge game that isn’t out yet, I think having a single thread that combines them all is more convenient. Especially since that’s what I was doing beforehand, and it just seemed to be spaming. :smiley:

Extravaganza is set for release on 27 October.

It’s a “digital horror” story that is indeed set in the MinDeaD BlooD universe. Something lurks in the virtual world, and whatever it is, it’s very hungry. :smiley:

The title features some sort of “growing up” system for the characters. That means loli, teen, and adult fans will all be satisfied at some point or another. :wink: This is mostly because the plot is divided into three chapters that take place several years before/after each other. It will be interesting to see how it all works out.

Interesting way of playing the game too if I get it correctly; first you play the main chara as a child, then teenager and then as an adult! Interesting! :smiley: .

My first review can be old and badly written, but Saimin Gakuen remains one of the most interesting Dark Games produced so far.
This month (finally!), Black Rainbow releases the DVD version, which also includes (as FREE extra!) Saiminjutsu, the first Black Rainbow erogame (a 2001 release not particularly good but, hey, it’s free, after all).

You’re right… there is a close resemblance. However, that maid also has some similarities with an android from another Black Cyc title. Gore Screaming Show had a preorder omake that featured Yami no Koe elements, but its not considered canon and seen as something of a dream (or nightmare) story.

I’m not sure if Black Cyc is going to “unify” all their titles into a single Universe. To be honest, if Extravaganza is going to be connected with MinDeaD and Gore, I’d rather they not. Not all Black Cyc titles are as good as the ones this team puts together.

I REALLY like the way Extravaganza is looking, as your actions determine how the cast turns out in the future. Lots of story potential and replay value. :smiley:

Was poking around Getchu yesterday, and found this. The gothloli female lead caught my eye, and the setting looks interesting.

…then I looked at the character page, and saw that the protagonist’s birthday is 8/20…

…same as me. :0

It’s like a higher power’s commanding me to buy the game. ^_^;;

White Cyc is the… err… “less violent” version of Black Cyc. Seems they’re making a supernatural game called Shikigami:
