I recently Placed my preorder for Starless and i also imported a copy of Euphoria I already know both Vns are very hardcore and are not for the squeamish. I was wondering of those who played both which is more disturbing? and what exactly should expect?
BTW i am squeamish and these are my first hardcore VNs. I manly order them as Challenge and because I have a lot of respect for the art.
A challenge it will be… im not sure if this is the best starting point for a challenge… I’d recommend something with less gory elements than Euphoria and less extreme sex than starless but that is really your choice right XD

If you’re concerned about permanent injury, you could always play the “all-ages” version of Starless that I conjured out of thin air for April Fool’s Day. 
Or the (much better Photoshopped) one JAST came up with for the same occasion:
i Installed starless applied the uncensor patch was then kind grossed out but otherwise okay and had to stay away from from Italian food for a while then thats when i got the end that involved pigs and dogs pigs and dogs i quickly uninstalled put my Starless Limited edition in a safe and threw away the key .

Starless should have shipped with a medical disclaimer:
"Starless is not intended for children, the elderly, women that are pregnant or nursing, or individuals on heart medication…
… Please consult your physician before playing (or patching) Starless or if you experience an erection lasting 4 hours or more."
Should be “…erection lasting 6 hours or more” because that’s when it’s officially a priapism XD
OK guys! I’m still alive i just thought i will add that i backed up my starless save data, so i will most likely give it another go after i finish Princess Evangile and da capo 2 even if i end up Erectile dysfunction or a penile fracture.
I have successfuly survived Rika’s route in Euphoria
