The question hasn’t been asked in a while and I wanted to see what is good that is out there. My personal favorites are:
anime: BubbleGum Crisis (the original)
game: TCI(I’m fairly new to the game market)
Please indicate if it hasn’t been translated yet.

Game: Snow Drop edges out TCI for me. (Though I’m still waiting for my CP… )
Anime: Tough choice but currently Metal Fighter Miku. (And to tell you the truth I really need to start updating my anime collection, most of my stuff is from the late 80’s/early 90’s.)
Favorite game: Knights of xentar
Favorite anime:Record of lodoss war
Anime: Tenchi Muyo
Game: Critical Point
English game: …None (if push comes to shove, I’ll pick TCI)
Japanese game: AIR
I’ll have to beg off the “favorite anime” question because, like Kumiko-san, I have too many titles that I really enjoy. Besides, my most favorite keeps changing every two months or so.
Ah, the sweet sweet world of bishoujo.
Favorite bishoujo game: Snow Drop (although that’s subject to change when I get Critical Point, and there’s a bunch of Japanese games like Magical Antique and Kanon that I’d probably adore if I only had the financial and technical means to play them )
Favorite bishoujo anime: Hand Maid May (with honorable mentions to Seraphim Call and Comic Party… which are both based on games… hmm…)

Game: TCI and Snow Drops
Japanese Game: Tokimeki Memorial series and Sentimental Graffiti series. I don’t have many japanese games for PC.

Game:TCI,Season of Sakura (anything with multi ending and lots of girl)
Anime: Kakyuusei,OMG,Dual,Sister Princess,Tenchi Muyo,MKR season 2 etc…so many more (basically,anything with a taste of romance)
