My jaw hit the floor the first time I saw Custer’s Revenge, that “game” was just wrong and disgusting.
Yeah, Custer’s Revenge is pretty damn revolting.
Just imagine— Wikipedians argue about what other things are notable.
Heck, it’s not even remotely erotic. I really don’t think I can imagine myself fapping to non-descript 8 bit sprites. I can draw better porn than that. At least adult visual novels actually have vivid pictures and character designs.
Also, Custer’s Revenge is not the only porn title in Atari’s lineup:

Yea… that Wikipedia article mentions them all too. 
The “Angry Video Game Nerd” should do his homework though. He makes a comment that no one can make a game like that on the modern systems, when actually they can. The Tengen lawsuits make sure it could happen in the US… and it’s been happening in Japan since the Famicom. 
Meh… sure the game sucks: but it was made for the shock value than anything else. And it’s neat to see such an “offensive” game get so much bad PR… and truly most of the whining about it being so is rather stupid - I can find a dozen things more offensive on cable TV.
Plus come on… considering this was made when Pong was still cool - it has passable grapics: at least I can tell who’s the Indian and who’s Custer.

Yes, I played it at hospital. It was great. Same to Superman 2600, and Spider-Man 2600. >.>
