Nah. There’s a number of youkai with names based on ??? like ??? and ???, but this is just a generic ??? so ‘cyclops’ is as good a term as any.
Well, the only spritiual creatures I know about are kogasa;and other 100 year objects,amegame the shit-licking demon ,kitsune,and the wall that blocks travelers. I thought maybe a yokai from legend could bring rice cakes to life as this one seems to be doing.

Update: It’s currently the highest rated product overall on maniax by a very large margin (4.8789 out of 5 compared to 4.7938), and it’s already one of the best selling titles of the last month.
This circle lists its products on the English side of dlsite too, so it should eventually be added there, but it’s quite possible to buy it from maniax even if you’re outside of Japan. (edit: missed that it was already on eng.dlsite)
So Monster Girl 4 has been delayed due to recent events in Japan. The last update was last Thursday,but they haven’t updated the CGs gallery since February.Dammit Vanadisdevs stop being a cocktease :x .
They updated the CG gallery and…I have no idea what’s suppose to be occurring.
