It is certainly a game . Take a closer look and you'll see why you can judge by the looks of the pictures that it is a game

Don't know anything about the "problem" through...

It's a game, but a DVD-game, one you can play with your DVD-player. So, it is not a DVD-rom, but a "normal" DVD. And it's normal you never heard about them: it's the first of that kind.
Something to buy out of curiosity, if anything...

Looks neat. I probably would buy that… after I’ve stocked up on all of the PeaPri titles. ^^*

DVD games are a little ‘clunky’ for me but I suppose if I was as familiar with my DVD remote control as a console controler or mouse then it might not be so bad.

An old example of a DVD game would be “Dragon’s Lair” ported from the LD arcade game (check out www.digitalleisure.com for more interactive DVDs) and plus most Virtual Girls are like DVD games or digital-choose-your-own adventure games. So it’s not a new concept.

My initial reaction to it was something on the lines of “Kite as a game?” Although, having read a few synopses of it, Phantom doesn’t seem to have all that many similarities with Kite (though comparisons may be inevitable).

Ah, gomen, my mistake.
