Right... I wonder if this guy did some reserach on the subject before he wroted the artice? I mean, ARE people really all that clueless about adult bishoujo games? I mean, there' an entire country filled of that kind of games which he claims "Doesn't exsist" and some of them have been released in the west too... *finishes the post in a hurry, late for class!!)

Edit: Class finshed... Have you ntoced that poll ont he page? Looks like there's quite alot of people who'd buy an "adult game" after all... now, if only those people knew about Peach Princess... . We'd better hope that he mentions Peach Princess in his next article or in an eventual edit of that article

Do let us known if he does. My previous experience with Gamespot is that he probably won't, and even if he does, don't be surprised if it he sounds a little like IGN's Fujita.

I also think that these guys are from the game console division of Gamespot.

Yea, I emailed Shane too a few days ago, but I have yet to hear anything like a reply from him. Hopefully next week we’ll see an update to his editorial with a link to PeaPri’s webpage?

Research before writing an article? Of course not! That would actually take effort or something. It’s more of a rant than anything else really… all assumptions and no substance.

Why not do some research before writting an article? In that way, there will be much less of a risk of being mailed by the "wiseguys" who knows everyting about the subject your article is about... I mena, this guy didn't do any research, and therefore he doesn't know anything of the adult bishoujo game genre, but had he done soem research, disovered it and put it in his article, then he wouldn't have had to be mailbombed by us ^^;

It may not be a matter of research but of ignorance. I’d imagine that most if not all of the research the author may have done would have consisted of interviewing personel at major retailers like Babbages and EB, who may, themselves, be unaware of the existence of the various AO-rated bishoujo titles.

Still, a simple search on the Net would’ve turned up some info on the matter, I’d think.

That's the response I get? Ah, alas, sarcasm is a lost art.

Well, that's one of the problems of a BBS, sometimes it's hard to tell when someone's being serious or being sarcastic. After all, for most people, the intonation of what is being said is how one often determines sarcasm and it's not like you can convey that easily in writing.
