I think with such customizable character is more a SLG or a Raising SIM game than a RPG. 
After all, there’s no monster to fight, gain exp and level ups, like in a RPG.
For something that sort of has gameplay to it, there is the semi translated Biko 3 where you play the role of a stalker and the gameplay is pretty much tailing the girl without being seen by her, a police officer, or getting run over by a car and you can pick up extra ‘items’ along the way to use in either the ‘good’ ero scene or the ‘evil’ ero scene.
