Obviously, this BBS doesn't store it's messages in unicode, so all japanese characters go down the drain.
Oddly enough, I do see Japanese characters in the string before (“Kaikan Senshi Busty”) in olf’s post. I have my IE6 encoding set to Autoselect, Japanese (Shift-JIS).
