… I was just thinking one thing: Do you think it’d be a good idea if I mailed Will and Crowd and “thanked” them for allowing Peach Princess to release their games in English? After all, since we’re buying their games, we’re their customers (in a way)… And if they haven’t heard any feedback from their “english customers” yet, then they must be feeling somewhat depressed, since they’re working with you at Peach Princess to release them in English, but if they haven’t heard a word of “thanks” yet from their “english customers”, they must, as I said, feel depressed or at least not as eager to work on getting the games out in English as they would if they’d heard more feedback form their “english customers”…
Actually, that sounds like a pretty good idea. I can’t see it hurting any. After all, doesn’t everyone like positive feedback?
I filled out a feedback on Crowd’s website but I’m just another faceless consumer to them. I think the idea is great, if it reaches them.
That’s a great idea. Posotive feedback always helped encourage me to improve a website I had a few years back. I’m sure it would probably work with these guys too.

EDIT: Yaaaay! I upgrade from ‘Junior Member’ to ‘Member’.

Kumiko,
I’ll write up some customer feedback as well, for you to use, and to forward onto Will/CROWD if you think it would be useful.

It would also depend on the international climate... I usually received my NCS packages in 6 days. Last time I ordered (late September...), it took ONE full month!
