I currently have an issue with redemption for a game here. So I issued out a ticket around. I currently wondering how long ticket timelines take.
I only say this because my ticket has been in the queue for 26 days with no response and I am unsure what the timelines are, if the guy responding to it is backed logged, sick, etc.
I have the same Issue, I have purchased Lightning Raidy 3 five days ago. The money has been charged and I have received no game code to download.
I opened a ticket to contact the support staff like my receipt email indicated and have not received any response whatsoever from this company.

Thank you for the help. I have actually resolved my issue a few days after I posted this. My issue is now resolved.
