then when i paid…the next screen shows an additional $7 for San Diego shipping…what the fuck???
E-mail them with your concerns. It might be a mistake on their part, or yours, which they can fix.

It’ll be around midnight UK time before anyone in Japan is likely to read your email. I made a mistake of ordering a collection once where 3 of the 4 were download games. a simple email cancelled the order and I made sure I picked download games next time.
