Off the top of my head, and I am not affiliated with Jast USA in any way – Have you tried:
- Running the installer as Administrator?
- Running the .exe as Administrator?
- Checking your AV software to make sure it isn’t a false positive? It may be deleting the .exe thinking it’s a trojan or something.
- Running the .exe in compatibility mode, and tinkered with the various types of compatibility mode?
- Combining 2) and 4)?
- Running the .exe in the Virtual XP mode?
