I’ll ask at Another World in Derby, they sell all sorts of weird imported stuff including games, anime and adult anime. I think that there are other Another World stores in the UK too, not too many, but a few of them. Also, one of my friends works there who likes bishoujo games. They have a website here: www.anotherworld.co.uk . Anyway, I’ve just e-mailed them about it, so I’ll see what they say. I’ll also ask in store next time I’m in Derby.
btw, can I get anything I can show them? I’ve seem to remember that you’ve mentioned the catalogues that you give out before. I can give them a CD with all of your demos on of course, which is around 690MB of stuff, but it would be more difficult for them to show this to their customers than a catalogue.

Well, in my country, there is a couple of stores who sells adult anime, adult manga or other… um, “adult stuff” that might be interested in selling your games to their customers… Haven’t contacted any of them yet, through.
I’m not really sure there are any stores that really would carry those Spectator ^^;;
First we have Staffars,he’s a cool guy with a neat shop but you have to think that he is a single man (ok with 2 employes now) driving the shop.So he can’t really afford to take in any larger quantity’s
Then we have SFBokhandeln,well I just don’t think they will carry any Bishouju games,I atleast can’t picture myself seeing them carrying adult games so to say,and you have Johan of mangakai blocking you there also (you should know that almost everyone in mangakai is seriously against anything related to hentai or ecchi).
Then we have BorderTown,well they are also kinda small actually but I think you have the biggest chance there =)
Sorry to sound pessimistic but I just think it’s kinda hard to get the games into sweden ^^;;;
But do try by all means =)
Oh remembered a thing,you can also try Softwareexpress like I told you before of,they like to carry “strange” games that aren’t seen in other stores =)
Well, don’t forget Alvglans Bokhandel, they could be a potiental target too… They do, in fact carry quite a lot of adult anime, just liek the other stores tou named does (Except Staffars, but he has quite a lot of adult manga in his store too), so it’s kind of hard to see why they shouldn’t be interested in seeling adult bishoujo gmaes too - if they don’t want to sell adult bishoujo games just because that they are “adult” then why does they then sell anime with “adult stuff” in them? (and in that case, they would be hypocrites)… Even Tradition sells some adult anime and doesn’t seem to be bothered by that fact.
Then, again, you’re probably right about the fact that BorderTown and Softwareexpress would be the best bets
quote:Yes, I've ordered Critical Point (I plan to order X-Change this month too while it's on offer ). Anyways, I'll contact your sales department about the catalogues.

Yes, if you need additional catalogs, please let us know. If you like, we could add extras in with your shipment of Critical Point (you did order it, right? )It's best to drop an email to our sales department so they note it on your invoice, okay?

Remember that the quantities don't have to be enormous at first. However, it's certainly better for both customers and dealers to offer the games locally so you can buy them - they pay one shipping fee / import fee, and then you don't have to. If they ordered even 10 games, it would probably be worthwhile - surely they could sell 10 copies, right?
That was what I was thinking of suggesting to them - that they didn't need to order 1000 copies or something like that, but rather about 5-10 copies of Peach Princess's games - that shouldn't be all that hard to sell, not if they've sold quite a number of adult DVD's before that, right? Hi. My first post =). I’m an European costumer (Portugal), and i registered here precisely to talk about this subject.
I found your games for sale at a webshop from belgium,
http://www.archonia.com
They sell the games at approximately the same price you do, maibe a little cheaper, and the difference in s&h might make it even more cheap. And i was considering canceling my orders with peachprincess to order from them (after all, i’m still buying an original, there would be no loss to PeachPri and I’d appreciate the extra money on my pocket ^^)
Then the other day i visited this import shop where i get my anime dvds and I saw a spanish magazine (or something like it) carrying an original PeaPri version of Water Closet, FOR 20EUROS (approx. $17.5). I almost had a stroke right there, thinking I paid over $40 to bring it overseas.
So I thought about asking you if PeaPri has begun licensing their games for sale with magazines, and at such low prices (this r ebay like prices). Prices like these might even prove cheaper for US people who import the game from Spain…
Well, that’s all I had to say. Portugal is a small bug squashed on the worldmap, where noone really cares about bishoujo, so I have no dealers to supply ^^;
Thanx for your great games, and sorry about the length of this post.
Well, Another World has five or six (five I think) stores here in the UK… 100 copies between five stores is 20 per store… surely it wouldn’t be difficult to sell that amount? Especially considering that it’s probably just about the only place you’ll find offering a good range of anime (including adult-anime) within a radius of about 50-miles from where I live.
Of course, if they buy 100 copies of each game available, then that would be better still. I still think it’s worth a try.

Sure, I'll tell them that . But even so, it might be difficult to convince them - as you probably alreday knows, many people are doubting that "games like that" would sell, even trough there is people who tells them differently. But even if they don't ordet 100 copies of each one of yout games, 5-10 might be good enough to catch the eye of some people . And if the games DOES sell well enough, they'd _have to_ buy more copies to answer the customer demand
Hi there ^^
Im from the UK, Scotland to be more specific. Anyway just to say that GAME might be interested in some adult products. They already stock a handful of adult games in my local store. Im sure they would like to expand their adult game range as there arnt to many unfortunently yet in the UK.
