Is it illegal to take/edit screenshots of Tokimeki Check

I’ve seen sites that take TCI characters (probably because they’re so pretty) and put them onto advertisements where you pay monthly charges to see the TCI characters in galleries, with the screenies straight from the game. This has to be illegal!

It really bugs me to see it on the Net because (being an entrepeneur) I’m trying to take the light side route to the hentai business, and it makes me really mad when I see one of my favorite series being used like this… is there any way to report this kind of stuff so it can be cracked down upon or something?

Yes, when we discover sites like this, we report them to Peach Princess, or, in some cases, we send a simple mail to that site ourselves and ask them to take them down. It usually works, with the exceptation for some stupid, stubborn fools, you might say [img]http://princess.cybrmall.net/ubb/smile.gif[/img].

It's probably the same guys again. I've seen this no less than twice now, and I think it was from the same place. It's obviously illegal, they obviously don't know or don't care. I say crush them.

I don't know if that'd be constitutional. That whole "cruel and unusual punishment" thing again...
