Is this what a SIM should be like

… or what do you say?

Ugh, a realistic High School Sim? Who wants reality? I went through it once, I don’t need to live it again…

Hmm, have you forgotten that in many bishoujo games, adult and non-adult both, sim or not, the main character is in high school? Of course, there's a difference: lots less studying and more cute girls to meet (and win) .

I'm talking about a realistic high school sim. You know, where the pretty girls only talk to you if they lost a bet. Or if they catch you peeping it ends up with a trip to the police station and a long explanation to your parents why it was all "just a mistake". That's what I'm talking about. Er, not that those things ever happened to me in real life...

... if that's what High Schools are like in the US, then I'm lucky that I was born here in Sweden . Ain't too much trouble to get the girls to talk with you here, anyway... and I'm the only guy in my class, the rest are girls (althrough we're only six people in my class, including me). The only thing about this that distrubs me a little is that it leads to discussing some.. ah... strange themes, you might say .

Really? You sure? That post seems kind of bitter there...

Wow six people. In my village school back in my first primary school there was only four. I remember grandfather asking me how I did in the test. I said, "I came fourth." Hehe. Also remember once a big lizard pay a visit to our school. Our teacher (who is a nun) was so scared that she lock all the doors and windows. It was great, no school.

Hmm Back on topic of High School. I was in Australia back then. I remember most of the boys wre more interested on how to drink beer and smoke weed without getting caught. It was rather stupid since they can smell it even if they had a cold.

No lizards here. Too cold for the most part . The only lizards we have here seems happy enough about staying in the woods, where they're almost impossible to find.

Well, peoiple does that too here. Ther'es stupid perople everywhere, I guess . It's nothing i have to worry about, through, I don't smoke, neither do I drink any alcohol (with the exceptation of sake, which I sometimes drink when I eat at a japanese resturant).

Wow. That's weird. In the United States, my high school is about as small as they come, and my graduating class has 43 students in it...I think, it was kind of a long time ago.

While I graduated from a school with a class of around 150, one friend of mine graduated in a class of 3 and another with a class of 11.

They came from a very small towns.

Hmm, well my graduating class had close to 500 people in it. (Though we had something like 530 total in the 12th grade, you can do the math and figure out about how many didn't graduate then.) And something like 2,000+ students total in the high school.
Very overcrowded. Probably why I took classes guaranteed to be small like "Library Sciences" and "Notetaking".

Strange themes? No wonder you're used to stuff here. Just kidding. I know I tend to get into odd topics with my female friends. I'm "safe" so they usually feel alright discussing some things they would never normally discuss with a "guy". Sometimes I really, really wish they wouldn't though...

Hundreds. Maybe even several thousand.

... THAT many!? Ugh, I really should count myself lucky .

I know what you mean. It does sometimes feel kinda strange when all your classmates are women. Not that they're bad classmates, it's just that it'd be fun to have another guy there to speak with now and then . But for now I have to "endure" the strange topics ^_^.

How ever most classes are 28-34 people each.
One of the problems with high school is often
people will take the 'odd' courses just to get
away from school work. While overcrowding and under funding are problems the real problem is
having a good aditude* from both teachers and students. (*Spelling was topic I never did pass )

Hahaha. I did. I was in a very competitive HS. In fact it was top public HS in the state. I hated it so bad. I remember doing Home economics, Manual Arts (Wood work) and Photography as the "unusal" classes for my senior years. They are unusal because the scores don't count towards gaining entry into university. But I say, I enjoyed those a lot more than my physics classes. (I enjoyed maths, don't know why.)

I believe about seventy odd people graduated from my year. Not too sure, I was very drunk at the time.

My classes were about 20… I think. I don’t remember much about it, nor my classmates, because I never paid any attention to any of my classmates, save for the ones with better grades than me to find how to beat them.

Heh, my best friend and I would bet to see who would actually get the worst grade on an assignment or a test. (Usually I won.) I couldn't care less about beating anyone. I was too busy talking with the cheerleaders in class...
