Japanese bishoujo games with English text?

I figured this would be the best place to ask about these.

I’m currently playing Casual Romance Club and I’m really enjoying it, I just wanted to know if there are other original Japanese games with English text aside from this?

Errr… forgot to mention I’m open to both PC and PS2 versions of such games in existence. I have a “J” PS2 after all.

PC-wise, I believe those are the only two titles we know of like that. (I mean, we’d be jumping all over any other titles we ran across otherwise…) Of course Gin’iro is more or less impossible to get at this point. Knew I should have grabbed a copy when people first started mentioning it!

Yeah no kidding, Gin’iro seems almost like a legend like big foot now, no ones seen a real live version of it

hmm... Guess i should be happy that a legendary bigfoot is sleeping in my house but... I don't really like Giniro though... ~__~ CRC is better thatn Giniro in oh so many ways ... in my opinion anyway...

It all depends on everyone taste. To me, "Gin'iro" is one of the best ren'ai game I ever played, in par with at least "Kanon"!!! The stories are so... beautiful.

EDIT:

Ladyphoenix's site has a small review for the game, and it can be found here:

Just read your review, Unicchan... "Only the last chapter was a bit confusing (I am not quite sure, but there seemed also to be an error in the script of this chapter), because of its two parallel unrelated storylines, while the main storyline in background also waited for its continuation after the chapter."
You didn't understand something? I assume you wrote this review from when you played the game without much knowledge of the Japanese language?

Well, GinIro is pretty real, I assure you . I happen to know that someone on this board brought it a month or so, for example .

The question is at what cost? As much as I'd like to get this game, I really couldn't afford the money values that were being thrown around for the few auctions I've seen.

I think the prices are dropping... Doddy-chan got a copy for about 5000yens IIRC.

Interesting, was this in YJ auctions? and if it was how did you do the search for it, was it in english or kanji? 5000 yen would still end up over $80 after deputy costs and shipping

It cost me about 6000 or so yen in the end (after shipping and such). Cheaper than most new games. It was definately worth the time to get a copy.

Hmm, that still leaves me looking for a copy somewhere. And with the dropping dollar value against the yen… Oh well, maybe I’ll see if I can swing me a copy after my tax returns come in.

6000 yen total huh that’s not too bad. So how did you do a search for it?

So Silver is a rare game now eh, boys, am I feeling happy for purchasing when it first came out years ago . Although I don’t know where I put it now, only played about 10 minutes of it before got bored. That is the same reason I just ordered Casual Romance Club although it costs twice as other games .

I wouldn’t say its rare, its more like people hording their copies.

Of course someone could have bought a lot and melted them down.

Why? To play it for 10 minutes and then get bored?

I rather liked Casual Romance Club. What did you not like about it?

Other than Brave Soul i spent more replay time on CRC than anything else that's come out recently.

Just writing here to agree with those who really enjoyed Casual Romance Club.

AG3 out.

i think that or you mistook what i tried to say or i said it in the wrong way…
What i tried to say was that after xung said that he just played giniro for 10 minutes and the he bought CRC for the same reason, i was just kidding asking him if it was just to play it for 10 minutes and then get bored
Dont get me wrong, i really like CRC (after what i payed for it i would be ripping my peel off if i wouldn’t like it :S), even when it’s not the best i played…
