lol, yeah…if it wasn’t so much more expensive to live there I would be interested in the position myself. But I make more than that where I live now and cost of living isn’t nearly as high here… 
If I could work in the US I would apply as well, but unfortunatly I live in Queensland Australia, so that kind of rules my chances out.
Dang, that sounds like a dream job. If only I was 18 and young, that’s what I’d apply for. Unless you can match $27.50 an hour?
