Hey, fellow… Did you install k-lite codec pack and/or other codec packs on your PC?
Maybe your problem is video codec… I guess… Try to uninstall all codec packs, OK?
I strongly suggest to install ONLY ORIGINAL DivX codec, ONLY ORIGINAL XviD codec and other respective INDIVIDUAL/SINGLE codecs (for SPECIFIC/PECULIAR formats: OGG,MKV, etc.).

Well, I guess your problem is very hard to solve. Have you already try testing KLS (Kana: Little Sister) on another computer? Please, read here. Or, if you prefer, you can read below:
