Hello and welcome. I think that Tsuki Possesion have some elements of bondage and hypnosis in some of the storylines, it’s been a long time since i played that game, but i am fairly sure that it involves that above.
I’ve completed one path from Tsuki so far and that particular path has hypnosis and enemas. There’s also some bit of drug use. The story is your posessed. That’s it.
Virgin Roster my friend. Tis very dark, for the “protagonist” likes what he does… and what he does is cruel and heartless. He uses a few drugs here and there to “weaken” his prey. You can find it in the Peach Princess lineup. 
If you can read Japanese, check out titles from Carmine and Assemblage (specifically Tacchi in the case of the later). They’re the kings of cruel bondage in my opinion… although Black Cyc might take the throne at the rate their going.

Hey Nargrakhan, what happened to your avatar, we don’t seem to see it anymore? This really probally doesn’t qualify but it does use magic to change the the outcome “Target Pheromone” which is actually the game of the month this month at jlist.com.
I admit that the line is fine nowadays, but it’s actually in G-Collections’ line-up.
I believe that chloroform is used in one story path with the female teacher.

Hmmm… IIRC he uses chloroform, slips knockout pills in coffee, and has some cocktail of artificial pheromones he injects with a needle that causes women to become insanely horny and addicted to sex.

Looks like I’m a tiny bit late, but I figure I’ll mention it anyhow.
In Critical Point there is a couple of scenes where drugs are used to make people extremely horny and there’s some forced sex and all that crazy fun stuff. I really suggest you look into it.
And per your request, the drugs are not smoked. One is ingested via liquid form, one is a pill, and one is ingested through other means, but absolutely no smoking!

Also both “Do You Like Horny Bunnies” games have minor drug use, but it is voluntary. (Ingested, and produces said horniness.)
