Made a small poll

Ok, as I promised Unicorn for some time ago, as you may (or may not) remember, I made a fun poll about… clothes. Or way of dressing would perhaps be a better way to put it. We all love to see bishoujo girls in various uniforms, clothes or dressed in something like a swimsuit or a leotard, so pick your favourite in the poll! And if your favourite isn’t there, then just pick “something else”. Don’t think about a cat-girl or something when making that choice, through, since the poll is driected at clothes more than anything elseand animal-girls/otherworldy-girls doesn’t count, sorry ^^;;. But I’ll probably make a second poll that is about animal-girls/otherwordly-girls, so you can make your choice then, if you just wait patiently! .

I don't think that's so many, really ^_^. It's just thatt hose are some of the top-notch fetishes, at least around here [img]http://princess.cybrmall.net/ubb/wink.gif[/img], so the choice is a hard one.

It would help if you had links to some sample pictures, although I can see why you don’t as that would involve actual bandwidth. It also would help if there were a “none, I don’t really have a clothing fetish” option.

Well, I would have wanted to do that, actually, but as far as I know, you can't do that in that kind poll. And besides, I'd guess that most people can imagine what most of the opinions are like, right? [img]http://princess.cybrmall.net/ubb/wink.gif[/img].

personnaly i have voted for Miko, because i love girls in Kendoka clothes like mitoko in Love Hina.

They do look much the same, through. Could you, as the Miko-expert in here point out the vital differences between Miko and Kendoka clothes?

Colors. The Miko skirt is always red while the Kendoka one is black. Also, I believe the Kendoka clothes are thicker than the Miko's ones.

So tough to choose, especially since I really prefer them undressed then dressed…

I believe you’re right Olf-san, kendoka’s are normally thicker, but it’s not like we can normally tell the difference from an image. I believe there’s also one or two other visual differences between the two types of clothing, but I can think of them off-hand. But the red/black coloration is more than enough of a give-away.

I'm less sure about other features; there are so many variations for the Miko clothes, one always seems to contradict any rule I may find. For instance, Hikawa Naori (F&C's "With You") has her sleeves half-"cut" near the shoulders, while Suzaku (Èlf's "Koi Hime 98") has a white belt tying her skirt, in evolution's "Boku no Miko-san" all the Miko have a red "undershirt" (under the white "shirt") and one has a ribbon in the tied in the center, one has the it tied in her left side, one has it tied in her back while one has it with a double tie, while Moegi (TRABULANCE's "Boku no Mikogami-sama") has ribbons at her sleeves with fancy red decorations and a white piece of clothe over her red skirt...

You forgot teacher! I saw you had schoolgirl outfit, so it is just apporpriate to add teacher outfit to the list .

From a purely statistical point of view, there needs to be such an option or the rest of the results will be suspect, because those with no opinion will select something they think is popular, or alternatively they'll just pick randomly. Now, it's debatable how many people here would actually not have a strong opinion.

...which is actually one of the things I'd want to know if I were actually trying to seriously conduct such a survey--in many ways knowing how many people don't really have a clothing fetish is more interesting than knowing all the minutae about the less popular ones.

Of course, this is just the engineer in me being pedantic. Don't mind me.

From a "purely statistical point of view", there need to be such an option if the goal of your poll if to determine the proportion of people with a particular fetish over another within the whole population. If you want to know proportion of people with a particular fetish over another within the population with cloth fetishes, it's not necessary. It's like conducting a poll about the repartition of the color in cars: of course, people without a car are not part of that poll.

Not at all, because Groschat does have a cloth fetish. Only, it is not in the list of choices. There should be an "Others" choice and not an "I don't have a cloth fetish" one...

Hmm, is a teacher dressed in a certian way? didn't feel like that, they just dress in what clothes they feel like dressing in, not any kind of uniform or anything like that, so I left it out...

Thanks, I'll keep the "I don't have" in mind until next time [img]http://princess.cybrmall.net/ubb/smile.gif[/img]. But in one way or another, people seems attracted to a certain way someone is dressed in, as or whatever... So i think msot peopel have something like that, they jsut don't know about it [img]http://princess.cybrmall.net/ubb/smile.gif[/img].

An interesting thing is that many asked why I didn't put an "All of the above" opinion in the poll... Indeed, I were thinking about doing that, but if I did do, I felt that it might destroy the purpose of the poll: to see what people like the most. And I know that the people who voted int he poll have at least a few favourites among the choices, but even so, this is about seeing what fetish is msot popular, somthing you can't see if you make an "all of the above" opinion...
