Made a small poll

You've lots of people to get news from, in any case . But in any case, that seems to be what they're doing.

Talking about "Studio e-go!": I have just received today notification about "Wind of Ebenbourgh" being shipped to me.
(So, I couldn't wait for Gurvons review and am going to write my own... )

Assuming that you get to do it before him that's it, if you think of all other games you're thinking of reviewing as well . I wonder if it's okay to post more than one review of the same game... hmm... In any case, we'll see which one reviews WoE, then; you or Gurra

I think, this should be preferable, because any review will be biased on the personal preferences (and my reviews are no exception) of the reviewer, so in order to get a better impression, it will help to read reviews from different reviewers about the same game.

That's much true; everyone has his/hers own views on things that affects the review of the game to a certain point. If Lamuness were to review an E-go games, he'd have his own opinions to think about, and since we all know that Lamuness is no fan of E-go's games, we can assume what that review would be like . On the other hand, if Gurra were to review the same game that Lamuness reviewed, his review would be very different since he's an E-go! fan...

Oh, yeah, since we've talked a little about Studio E-go here, have you heard that they've decided to make a Shonen-ai game?

I think you're talking about "Angel's Feather... Well, you're half-wrong. It's not a Studio e-go's game, but a BlueImpact's game... which is a Studio e-go brand. And it's not really a "new" news since the brand was created for that game since... something like end of May 2002.

Yeah, that's the gmae... Hmm, so you say that the gmae was created by an "ally" of Studio E-Go, who're using their label? Interesting...

No, I said it was under another brand. It's not an "ally".
As far as Japanese bishoujo game makers are concerned, one maker can be made of several brands, for several reasons:
 • many small companies regroup under a common name to be more "powerful".
 • one big company creates a new brand, because they want to release a game which is not "in accordance" with their usual games. For instance, Studio e-go's fans have some expectation about Studio e-go's games, because they're used to some kind of games. Since "Angel's Feather" is a totally new kind of game (compared to what Studio e-go is usually releasing), for people not to think "it's the usual Studio e-go's game", they created the brand BlueImpact.
 • one big company has many teams. Each team is assigned to one brand (mostly because each team has its own "feel&touch" as far as its games are concerned).
 • a small company joined a bigger, more famous one, and becomes one of its brand.
