Nekonade Distortion. It’s pretty good, although the routes vary in quality and length. Pretty short on the whole though.
If you’re familiar with the writer’s work (sense off et. al) you won’t be too surprised by the fact that many of the endings are very ambiguous. Thankfully, the story is more philosophical than scientific so you don’t need to take a crash course in synchronotrons to be able to understand it.

Nah, it makes sense. I was confused at first as well but it does fit together quite cleverly.
