Having a problem with a game? JAST USA, our Mods, and the rest of the community are happy to help you get your game up and running as soon as possible, but here are a few things you should do before submitting a support ticket or starting a thread in this forum:

  1. Check your game’s readme file or manual to see if the issue isn’t covered there.
  2. Head over to our Support page, and see if you can’t find a solution there.
  3. Look through the Patch Notes page to see if a patch for your game has been released.
  4. Our Q&A page has more information about some common issues.
  5. Search the Game Support category here to see if someone else had the same issue as you. This is especially useful for new games.
  6. If you didn’t find a solution to your problem, start a new topic in the Game Support category. Post a screenshot and give us the best description of the problem you’re having.
  7. At the same time, you can create a support ticket from this page.
