Having a problem with a game? JAST USA, our Mods, and the rest of the community are happy to help you get your game up and running as soon as possible, but here are a few things you should do before submitting a support ticket or starting a thread in this forum:
- Check your game’s readme file or manual to see if the issue isn’t covered there.
- Head over to our Support page, and see if you can’t find a solution there.
- Look through the Patch Notes page to see if a patch for your game has been released.
- Our Q&A page has more information about some common issues.
- Search the Game Support category here to see if someone else had the same issue as you. This is especially useful for new games.
- If you didn’t find a solution to your problem, start a new topic in the Game Support category. Post a screenshot and give us the best description of the problem you’re having.
- At the same time, you can create a support ticket from this page.
