Anyone seen the new game from Mink Princess Knights? Looks like it could have some potential. Here is the Demo Link:

Well, the head of Mink was also one of the original founders of Elf. Generally, Mink has very good game quality, but extremely hardcore. Yakin Byouto ("Night Shift Hospital", but the upcoming anime release from CPM / A18 has been renamed "Night Shift Nurses") is by Mink, for example.Artistically, this title looks a bit "off" for them... the artstyle isn't as "cute pretty" as they often do, it seems.

I have one of their art books. I noticed Wonpara looked simalar to Dragon Knight.
I downloaded the movie demo…The game seems a bit like Final Fantasy Tactics with the relationship aspect added to it. It looks interesting.
Well, here’s a late reply, but better late than never, as they say…
…It looks a lot like the Castle Fantasia franchise, actually. Or the Men at Work franchise. Or…well, it does seem to use the game engine (and concept) that Studio Ego!'s so fond of using in most of their games.

Same *engine*? As in, they borrowed/liscensed/whatever the software from Studio Ego?
Okay, so maybe that was overexaggerating it a bit--I don't know if it uses the same game enigne or not (and frankly, I'd be pretty surprised if they did, considering it's a relatively old one). But there are awfully a lot of resemblances between the gameplay of Princess Knights and most Studio Ego! productions.
Is that bad or good? I never played the Castle Fantasia games. But I loved FFTactics and the idea of a bishoujo FF Tactics would be awesome. And now that my Japanese is finally getting up to par I can READ THE GAME!?! =) I been going back and reply some Japanese games I bought awhile ago, Vist, Words Worth, Kyoushi, etc. since the first time I played them I couldn’t read Japanese =P. Its funny to see the actual story after playing it and trying to figure out the story based on the pictures!
